Our Project Discussion Process

Five Phases of Project Discussion
Phase 1: Initial Assessment & Discovery
We begin with comprehensive conversations to understand the student’s academic history, learning style, strengths, challenges, and specific areas requiring support. This includes reviewing educational records, previous assessments, and current academic performance.
Phase 2: Needs Analysis & Goal Setting
We analyze the information gathered to identify specific educational needs and develop clear, measurable learning objectives. This phase involves collaborative goal setting with families and, when appropriate, the student themselves to ensure alignment with IEP targets and personal learning aspirations.
Phase 3: Intervention Design & Strategy Development
Based on assessment findings and learning goals, we design customized intervention strategies tailored to the student’s unique learning profile. This includes selecting appropriate teaching methods, materials, and accommodations that maximize learning potential and support long-term success.
Phase 4: Implementation & Monitoring
We begin delivering targeted instruction while continuously monitoring progress against established goals. Regular progress monitoring ensures we’re effectively addressing learning needs and allows for real-time adjustments to instructional strategies based on student response and achievement.
Phase 5: Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
We conduct comprehensive evaluations to measure progress toward learning goals, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for continued growth. This phase includes collaborative feedback sessions with families and recommendations for ongoing support and next steps.
